New Ford V6 Diesel Ranger and VW Amarok V6 Diesel MD1CP061 tune files

After a long wait, we can now offer tuning for the Ford/VW MD1CP061 V6 diesel platform. We have been testing with some of our Beta tester dealers and have master and slave files ready to go. We also have the files now available on our EVC reseller database. Get the revenue coming back in and start tuning these models.
